Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Auditor to join our team at the Office of Inspector General. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting financial and performance audits to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of our programs and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct financial and performance audits to identify operational problems and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist in the evaluation of policies, procedures, and internal controls to assess program performance.
  • Evaluate compliance with laws and regulations governing our programs and operations.
  • Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in performance auditing or a related field.
  • Professional certification as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires regular attendance and adherence to a standard work schedule. The selected candidate will be required to undergo a background investigation and obtain a security clearance.
