Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Hunting new business opportunities and generating cold leads
  • Managing the process from interview through offer stage and close of sale
  • Managing your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new
  • Searching, sourcing, and screening potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources
  • Building close partnerships with clients and helping their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates
  • Conducting in-person interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates
  • Mentoring and developing entry-level sales consultants across the office
  • Having an involvement in the proposal process by developing and pitching proposals
  • Negotiating commercial terms of business and rates
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years of agency recruitment experience (full-desk or BD-focused preferred), Team Lead and/or sales management experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
  • A clear demonstration of exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual quota over a consistent period
  • A strong track record of managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close, with the ability to articulate process in a concise manner
  • New business development experience highly desired
  • Experience identifying talent and hiring, training, and developing sales reps to a consistent performance a huge plus
  • A positive can-do attitude and a team player who will embrace the Page Group core values on a daily basis
