The Role
The Recruitment Coordinator plays a critical role in driving our talent attraction strategies, supporting an effective recruitment process. This involves building strong stakeholder relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to find the best talent in the market.

This role requires frequent onsite visits to our Manhattan, New York location, with a salary range of $53,000 - $63,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage account-specific activities, including CV screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, and updating the applicant tracking system.
  • Perform various ad-hoc administration tasks to support the effective running of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate on or complete daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately within set deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships between recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other account stakeholders.
  • Ensure stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on relevant processes.
  • Manage day-to-day queries related to their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with effectively and timely, and escalated where necessary.
  • Participate in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team.
Requirements
Critical Knowledge
  • Effective English business communication skills, written and oral.
  • Prior experience onboarding employees through Workday is required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to negotiate with and influence others and be clear, engaging, and professional in written communications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a demanding environment.
Desirable Knowledge
  • Working knowledge of recruitment technology and systems.
  • Project management.
  • Providing solutions on out-of-scope tasks and consulting to senior coordinators/leads.
  • Familiarity with one or more sectors that we operate in, such as Defense, Engineering, Technology, Pharmaceutical, or Financial Services.
