We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Call Center Nurse to join our team at AssistRx. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will provide expert guidance and support to patients, healthcare providers, and patient care advocates.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Clinical Support: Respond to inbound phone calls and provide education and support to patients related to our product and self-injection technique.
- Act as Liaison: Serve as a liaison between healthcare providers, patients, and patient care advocates to answer clinical questions and provide guidance.
- Document Calls: Document all inbound and outbound calls and other activities within our program database.
- Education and Training: Provide education and training to healthcare providers as designated by the program.
- Other Tasks: Perform other tasks as necessary to support the program.
- Education: Registered Nurse (BSN or RN) with a valid nursing license in Orlando.
- Experience: 2 years of nursing experience combined with at least 3 years of other clinical experience.
- Skills: Computer literacy, good keyboard skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Word products.
