As an Activity Assistant, you will be responsible for planning and organizing programs, activities, and events that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement programs, activities, and events that promote physical, cognitive, social, and creative well-being
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure a seamless experience
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a dynamic and inclusive environment
  • Communicate effectively with residents and staff to promote activities and events
  • Conduct needs assessments to determine appropriate activity levels

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license
