Key Responsibilities:- Perform welding, painting, and grinding tasks as required.
- Operate various equipment, including MIG, TIG, Stick, Aluminum, Plastic, Brazing, Carbon Arc, Plasma Cutting, OXY Acetylene, MAP Gas, and Propane.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and equipment, such as needle scalers, grinders, drills, drill presses, sanders, band saws, sawzalls, hammers, sledge hammers, tape measures, shears, metal brakes, angle finders, levels, and shop presses.
- Drive a forklift and assist mechanics in the maintenance shop as needed.
- Perform general cleaning responsibilities and conduct equipment safety checks.
- Maintain and track inventory of container parts and supplies.
- Assemble, repair, and replace decals on carts and containers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with corporate and OSHA standards.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continuously.
- Ability to work outdoors and in various conditions.
