Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager who is a driven and experienced professional to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing a portfolio of high-value corporate clients and ensuring their financial needs are met with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the business requirements and strategies of high-end corporate clients, offering expert financial guidance and advice on complex loan structuring and strategic business planning.
  • Identify and fulfill client needs by cross-selling suitable products and creating a comprehensive package of services utilizing the full spectrum of banking solutions.
  • Establish and nurture new relationships both internally and externally.
  • Evaluate and recommend loan proposals within designated authority limits.
  • Manage a credit portfolio, ensuring high standards of credit quality and loan profitability.
  • Continuously enhance personal knowledge of banking products, services, and relevant regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree coupled with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Thorough understanding of principles and theories in the field, along with extensive knowledge of related disciplines.
  • Proficient in credit-related lending, financial strategy, and client development.
  • Experience in commercial credit analysis and presentation.
  • Strong judgment skills and the ability to assess character effectively.
  • Proven ability to expand client relationships and drive product sales.
  • Exceptional sales skills and the capability to structure loans while monitoring credit performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with applicable lending policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.
  • Proficient in software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
