Job Title: Head of Americas HR Advisory

The TP ICAP Group is a world-leading provider of market infrastructure, connecting clients to superior liquidity and data solutions. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in driving the delivery of our people strategy, implementing change and transformation of the business through people-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of the people strategy to enable the Group to achieve its strategic vision and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and manage the regional HR Advisory function on translating business requirements and delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • Act as an escalation point for regional HR matters.
  • Supervise and manage the Regional HR Advisory team, including policy, risk, and control framework.
Requirements:
  • Experienced HR professional in Financial Services with a broad HR experience in a fast-paced business.
  • Strong operational and management ability, with a proven track record in managing HR operations.
  • Extensive experience in change management, with the ability to positively influence business decisions.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels within the organisation.
  • Natural collaborator, with a willingness to work effectively across the network and build strong stakeholder support.
