### Key Responsibilities

**Sales Leadership:** Drive sales initiatives and pinpoint client needs within the designated territory.

**Client Engagement:** Maintain ongoing communication with existing and prospective clients to foster and strengthen relationships.

**Performance Updates:** Deliver updates on investment performance and provide comprehensive client servicing.

**Presentations:** Conduct engaging presentations for both current and potential clients.

**Intermediary Relationships:** Establish and nurture relationships with intermediaries such as independent broker-dealers, regional broker-dealers, Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), and wire houses.

**Collaboration:** Work alongside intermediaries to bolster sales initiatives in your territory.

**Sales Skills:** Demonstrate a strong aptitude for sales and a thorough understanding of product offerings.

**Client Meetings:** Conduct effective meetings to further develop business relationships.

### Qualifications

**Education:** Bachelors degree in investment management, finance, business, or a related field.

**Experience:** Two to five years of experience in investment management or a related sector.

**Financial Knowledge:** In-depth understanding of financial concepts, product knowledge, investment management, and client-service strategies.

**Communication Skills:** Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, oral, and written communication abilities.

**Organizational Skills:** Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and technical skills, with the capability to manage multiple responsibilities independently while paying attention to detail.

**Adaptability:** Proven ability to self-manage workload and adjust to shifting priorities in a team environment.

**Travel Requirements:** Willingness to travel extensively, typically up to 50% of the time.

**Licensing:** NASD License Series 7 and 63 are required; CIMA certification is preferred.
