Service Business Development Center (BDC) Agent

The Service BDC Agent plays a crucial role in managing all incoming service inquiries, fostering customer relationships, and organizing appointments for the service department.

This position requires daily interaction with the BDC Manager, Service Manager, support staff, and valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming service calls and leads
  • Assessing customer needs and arranging service appointments
  • Making outbound calls to prospective clients

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
