Reporting to: VP of Client Success and Partnerships
Location: New York City, NY (hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
- Project Oversight: Manage project schedules and deliverables, guaranteeing timely execution.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with internal departments to address client requirements effectively.
- Client Assistance: Deliver continuous training and support to clients to enhance their experience.
- Feedback Collection: Solicit client insights to inform product enhancements.
- Relationship Development: Cultivate robust relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on client progress and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in sustainability consulting or advisory roles.
- Proficient project management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must reside within a one-hour commute of NYC.
