Strategic Growth Director for Federal Government Acquisition

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sr. Director, Business Development to develop and sustain strategies for our Civilian Agency customers within Homeland & Diplomacy portfolio.
About the RoleThis Senior Director will focus on identifying customer needs, creating investment programs, and supporting current program growth requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of Business Development Executives assigned to accounts with annual Awards targets.
- Develop and execute business strategies for identifying and maturing initial capture targets, market/mission expansion, and effectively marketing products and capabilities to meet customer needs.
- Cultivate capture strategies for large and strategic priority pursuits, and mature contact plans with customer organizations and influencers.
- Support organic growth through engagement with program managers and government customers.
- Participate in programmatic reviews, engineering reviews, and support problem-solving activities.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- BA/BS or equivalent experience (18+ years) with six years of management experience.
- A minimum 10+ years of experience working in the Federal Government Acquisition market.
- Proven experience in business development and capture management, supporting opportunity pipelines and leading captures of $100M+.
