About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Lead to join our growth team. This individual will play a key role in driving growth efforts focused on the Federal Civilian account space. The successful candidate will work closely with our executive team, program teams, and technology partner teams to develop relationships with customers and partners, identify and execute opportunity capture, and drive demand creation activities.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop Federal Civilian pipeline with a focus on software development, low-code no-code platform, cloud, and AI opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic and tactical contact and qualification plans for the capture of key opportunities.
  • Obtain marketing intelligence and competitive data pertaining to potential targeted pursuits, and develop marketing strategies.
  • Participate in bid decisions, development of cost strategies, and lead phase reviews.
  • Establish, build, and maintain customer relationships and assess competitor capabilities.
  • Support creation and execution of multi-year business development strategies.
  • Participate in R&D and B&P planning efforts.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant Business Development experience, including meaningful Federal Civilian expertise.
  • Demonstrated experiences in delivering technology solutions to the Federal Government.
  • A track record of success in leading and winning contracts over $50M.
  • Ability to identify, establish, and use important customer relationships with senior-level officials and program stakeholders within the defense and intelligence community.
  • Experience leading opportunity captures, including developing overall win strategy, shaping deals with customers, developing teaming strategies, identifying and closing with teammates, and understanding pricing and assisting in developing winning price.
  • Demonstrated background in solution selling and developing new markets with proven leadership from inception to fruition of a strategic campaign.
  • Direct and support new business development opportunities to improve the company's business portfolio, including marketing and customer call plans.
  • Ability to develop, document, and execute a plan for achieving awards/growth.
  • Knowledge of Government contracting and current acquisition trends and customer buying behaviors.
  • Knowledge of competitors and ability to model competitor behaviors in the market.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives and customers.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related discipline.
