Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carrier partners
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Mentor and train associates on your team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Demonstrated knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance coverages with a minimum of 3 years' experience within the insurance industry
- P&C Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
