Client Service Associate II

The CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE plays a crucial role in managing all incoming communications to our call center. This position is essential for assisting callers with inquiries related to the company's offerings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handles incoming inquiries from customers, vendors, and service providers, addressing issues related to specific products, terms, service requests, and general inquiries.
- Processes initial claims reports from our customers.
- Maintains a thorough understanding of our client's products, services, and promotional offers.
- Completes various forms and documentation that require minimal judgment based on established guidelines and customer feedback.
- Provides service in accordance with established standards to ensure accurate information is delivered to callers and their issues are resolved.
- Investigates, responds to, and resolves customer concerns promptly.
- Retrieves data from company systems based on customer inquiries and communicates this information clearly to the customer.
- Records all customer interactions, communications, and transactions in the CRM system.
- A minimum of 2 years of office experience (Required).
- High School Diploma or GED (Required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Required).
- Proficient command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and follow-through.
- Adept at reading and interpreting information.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with a high level of professionalism.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and excellent time management abilities.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across the organization.
- Committed to maintaining a professional appearance and fostering a positive company image.
