Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Baler Operator to join our team at HSM Solutions. As a Baler Operator, you will be responsible for operating balers to compress and package materials, ensuring efficient and safe production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate balers to compress and package materials
  • Monitor baler operation to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on baler equipment
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Sort and feed materials into the baler according to established guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of manufacturing experience
  • Good attendance and ability to work independently
  • Ability to lift up to 200+ lbs. frequently with partner
  • Excellent eye/hand coordination
Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with moderate noise levels from machines in other departments. Hearing protection is required at all times. The temperature in this work area may be in excess of 90 degrees Fahrenheit during the summer months. Work areas are dirty and dusty on a regular basis.
