Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Hooters of America, LLC. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our business runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • People Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff
    • Manage employee performance, providing coaching and feedback to ensure success
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee retention and engagement
  • Customer Experience
    • Ensure that our guests receive exceptional service, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations
    • Monitor and improve guest satisfaction, using feedback to drive business decisions
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention
  • Financial Management
    • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
    • Monitor and control costs, ensuring that we are operating within budget
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure that our restaurant is operating at the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness
    • Monitor and improve food quality, presentation, and service
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes and procedures
Requirements
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
  • Experience
    • 2+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
    • Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations, including financial management and team leadership
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, employees, and vendors
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions

  • Certifications
    • ServSafe alcohol certification
    • Other certifications as required by law or company policy
  • Knowledge and Skills
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
    • General knowledge of restaurant operations and hospitality industry
    • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
