About the Role

As a Clinical Staff Supervisor with Providence Medical Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care services in an efficient, safe, and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage clinical support staff to uphold standards of nursing practice.
  • Oversee patient care provided by clinical support staff and initiate efforts to improve quality and skill levels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • 3 years of direct patient care experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
  • 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting.

Estimated Salary

$83,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
