We are seeking a highly skilled Media Planning Supervisor to join our team. As a Media Planning Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the development of media plans that drive business results for our clients. You will work closely with our media planning team to deliver high-quality media plans that meet our clients' objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Media Planning: Develop and execute media plans that meet our clients' objectives and drive business results.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of media planners to ensure the successful delivery of media plans.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients to understand their business objectives and develop media plans that meet their needs.
  • Media Buying: Negotiate media buys with media vendors to ensure the best possible rates and terms.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of media plans and make recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in media planning and buying, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital media.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of media planning and buying principles, excellent communication and project management skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
