Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to our Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care services
- Work closely with the Center Medical Director to improve the quality of care in the facility
- Develop and implement clinical programs to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Center Administrator and Director of Nursing to achieve the highest levels of Center performance in quality, safety, and efficiency
- Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to clinical care
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards related to clinical care
- M.D. or D.O. required
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred, with maintenance of certification
- Geriatrics specialization is desirable
- Certified Medical Director (CMD) through AMDA is desirable
- A competitive salary of $200,000 per year
