Job Description

Nomo International Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Director to drive sales growth across major digital platforms. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies that enhance performance-based sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead digital marketing strategies that drive sales growth across Amazon, Walmart, Google, and Meta platforms.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to ensure performance-driven results.
  • Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Amazon Seller Tools, and Walmart KwickMetrics to gather insights and monitor KPIs.
  • Provide actionable insights through deep analysis of campaign performance and recommend optimizations to maximize effectiveness.
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists to ensure alignment with company goals and best practices.
  • Own and manage the digital marketing budget to optimize resource use and provide accurate forecasts for future sales performance.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends and identify new growth opportunities and best practices across Meta, Amazon, and Walmart platforms.
  • Develop and execute personalization strategies based on customer segmentation to tailor campaigns and content that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Optimize email marketing efforts using tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or other automation platforms to ensure seamless campaign execution and audience engagement.
  • Oversee website content management, technical maintenance, SEO optimization, and improvements in user experience and conversion.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals, incorporating market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape analysis.
  • Enhance user experience and increase conversion rates by implementing strategies that nurture leads and drive customer loyalty.
  • Spearhead the ratings and reviews program to drive customer engagement and facilitate feedback to enhance visibility and satisfaction.
  • Implement A/B testing, multivariate testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) across digital platforms to ensure continual improvement and maximize campaign efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7-10 years of working experience in digital marketing with a focus on driving sales through digital channels.
  • Proven track record managing successful campaigns on Google, Meta, Amazon, and Walmart.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Amazon Seller Tools, and Walmart KwickMetrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar automation tools.
  • Strong UX sensibility and empathy for the user.
  • Strong familiarity with responsive design principles and usability and accessibility best practices.
  • Experience managing and mentoring digital marketing teams.
  • Expertise in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Minneapolis, Minnesota.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
