This position is hybrid, offering work from home and in-office workdays. You will be given significant responsibility and immediate involvement with litigation matters.

Requirements:

  • JD from accredited law school
  • Current California Bar admission
  • 3-7 years of litigation experience (consumer warranty and lemon law)
  • Trial experience, preferred
  • Understanding of current state and federal procedures
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
