MAG Aerospace is seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Specialist to support the maintenance of King Air platforms for the Panamanian National Aeronaval Service Personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise to support the maintenance of King Air platforms, including replacing major parts and components, assessing and troubleshooting airframe and power plant issues, and resolving avionics problems associated with Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems.
- Collaborate with USSOUTHCOM and USMILGROUP Security Cooperation Office (SCO) and foreign government representatives to ensure effective use of local logistical infrastructure.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) inventories.
- Contribute to maintaining high aircraft availability rates by providing technical support, advising, and assisting Panamanian National Aeronaval Service Personnel.
- Research technical data and provide clear communications, direction, and instructions to Panamanian National Aeronaval Service Personnel on maintenance tasks.
- Develop, prepare, and deliver reports on the work and status of work being performed.
- Attend meetings with the customer and take detailed notes to report back to the supervisor.
- Must be bi-lingual, fluent in Spanish and English, capable of providing verbal and written support/instruction effective in both languages.
- 10+ years of aviation maintenance experience.
- 6+ years of maintenance experience on twin turboprop aircraft.
- 4+ years of maintenance experience on King Air platforms.
- QC and PC experience.
- FAA A&P License.
- High School Diploma.
- Secret or ability to obtain a secret security clearance.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Possess or ability to possess a U.S. Passport.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Panamanian Work Visa.
- Proficient with Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must be medically fit to deploy.
