Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate event day operations, including setup, employee check-in, and post-check-in reconciliations.
  • Assist with the setup and operations of hiring fairs and onboarding processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and directing calls as needed.
  • Operate technology, systems, and software, including voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office.
Requirements
  • Prior administrative experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail are necessary.
Compensation and Benefits

Aramark offers a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $20.00 to $22.00, depending on circumstances. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission. Benefits-eligible employees receive a wide array of comprehensive benefit programs and services, including medical, dental, vision, and work/life resources.
