Business Development Center Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Business Development Center Representative to join our team at Toyota of Erie. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for receiving incoming sales calls, establishing relationships with customers, and scheduling appointments for our Sales Associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and responding to inbound sales calls and leads
- Identifying customer needs and scheduling appointments with our Sales Associates
- Placing outbound calls to potential leads and following up on sales opportunities
- Ensuring all customer concerns are addressed prior to appointment date, including cost, warranty questions, and appointment duration
- Contacting customers prior to appointment date to confirm appointment details
- Mailing marketing materials to provided leads and following up on sales leads
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction post-visit
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background
- Computer literacy and strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Excellent problem-solving skills
