As a Business Development Representative at Highland Direct, you will play a vital role in connecting our clients with the resources and training they need to achieve their career goals. With comprehensive, hands-on training across all divisions of our company, including customer service, account support, and business-to-business sales, you will be equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering outstanding customer service and promoting AT&T products to local businesses.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of client products and services to effectively educate and advise customers on their benefits.
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for both new and existing clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve client account issues, offering solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Handle customer account maintenance requests and upsell relevant products to enhance client value.
  • Business Advice: Provide insightful business advice and recommendations to clients for improving their operations.
  • Client Retention: Retain client business by identifying challenges and providing timely resolutions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to suggest improvements that increase sales and customer satisfaction.
