Company Overview: WeCare Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to provide onsite anesthesia services for a variety of surgical procedures. Our commitment to excellence aligns with the highest standards of care as established by professional guidelines.


Role Summary: The ideal candidate will possess a valid medical license and current board certifications, ensuring compliance with professional standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely attendance for scheduled procedures, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
  • Deliver comprehensive anesthetic care for patients undergoing a range of surgical interventions, including but not limited to orthopedic, plastic, and urologic surgeries.
  • Provide primary support for patients in surgical intensive care, managing both acute and chronic pain, and conducting emergency airway interventions.
  • Conduct bedside evaluations for non-ambulatory patients and facilitate consultations for those in outpatient settings.
  • All services will be performed in accordance with established protocols and standards of care.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a current and unrestricted medical license in any U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Board Certification/Eligibility by ABA for CRNAs and current BLS, ACLS, or equivalent certification are mandatory.
  • Continuing education requirements for maintaining certification must be fulfilled consistently.
  • Annual documentation of current certification is required throughout the engagement.

Work Schedule and Conditions:

  • Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with on-call duties as necessary.
  • Daily clinic or operating room hours will be maintained, with additional on-call coverage as required.
  • CRNAs must be present on-site during normal operational hours to meet patient care standards.
  • On-call CRNAs must be reachable for consultations and available on-site within specified timeframes.
