Key Responsibilities- Develop detailed turnaround plans encompassing scope of work, timelines, resource allocation, and cost projections.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and other departments to ensure resource readiness and availability.
- Establish a schedule of events, determining the timing and location for specific activities.
- Define and document the scope of work for turnaround tasks, including inspections, repairs, and modifications.
- Identify necessary resources such as labor, parts, materials, and equipment, ensuring their availability for scheduled turnarounds.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to secure essential services and training documentation.
- Provide regular updates regarding project progress and adherence to schedules.
- Evaluate turnaround performance, identifying opportunities for enhancement in planning, execution, and closeout processes.
- Maintain thorough documentation of schedules, work packages, change orders, and critical repairs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of 3 years of industrial experience is necessary.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
- Proficiency in computer applications is required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
- Updated resume is required for consideration.
- Valid US driver's license is mandatory.
