Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Clean Harbors. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing detailed turnaround plans, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the readiness and availability of our assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive turnaround plans, including scope of work, schedules, resource allocation, and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and other functional staff to ensure readiness and resource availability.
  • Plan and execute turnarounds, ensuring timely completion and minimal downtime.
  • Identify and document resource requirements, including labor, parts, materials, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to secure necessary services and supplies.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress and schedule adherence.
  • Assess turnaround performance and identify areas for improvement in planning, execution, and closeout processes.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years of industrial experience, preferably in maintenance or operations.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with computer applications, including scheduling and project management software.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
  • Background check, drug screen, and physical required.
  • Valid US driver's license required.
