Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at University Orthopedics. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced medical office environment, providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

About the Role

  • This position is responsible for coordinating patient-care activities, including scheduling appointments, managing patient registration, and processing requests.
  • You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling phone calls, and ensuring accurate communication of appointment details.
  • In addition to your administrative duties, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, as well as assisting with surgical scheduling and coordination.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
  • You must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and EMR systems is essential, and you should be comfortable learning new software applications.
