About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based solutions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant healthcare policies, procedures, and best practices

Requirements

  • Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in community health, public health, or case management
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
