Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various digital marketing strategies across multiple service lines, supporting overall marketing efforts, and maintaining the online presence and reputation of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to engage our target audience and drive business results.
  • Manage and maintain our consumer websites, online listings, and other digital properties to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Create and curate high-quality digital content, including social media posts, email marketing campaigns, and blog articles.
  • Lead digital projects from conception to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Monitor and analyze website analytics, social media metrics, and other key performance indicators to inform marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with our administrative team to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.
  • Represent Hughston Orthopaedics Medical Group, LLC in community programs and events, developing strong relationships with local physicians and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, Google Analytics, and other major web analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, graphic design, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in WordPress and digital marketing tools/platforms.
  • Digital marketing certification.
  • Experience in photography.
