We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Swoon. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining digital marketing campaigns for assigned artists, collaborating with digital product managers, and managing online advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain digital marketing campaigns for assigned artists.
  • Collaborate with digital product managers to create and manage online advertising campaigns.
  • Manage artist accounts and credentials using UMG's password management tool.
  • Track significant artist-related dates for campaign brainstorming.
  • Oversee social media, website, and link optimizations, and manage content requests and asset management.
  • Liaise with college teams and third parties to support artist initiatives and create AR/VR content.
  • Manage partner pages, ensuring updated content and tracking performance trends.
  • Create presentations for campaigns and promotions, and collaborate on new label initiatives.
  • Pull analytics and manage data acquisition campaigns for post-campaign reporting.
  • Assist in content creation for UMG Nashville newsletters, SMS campaigns, and e-commerce websites.
  • Facilitate meetings, contracts, and travel coordination with internal teams and external partners.
  • Handle department invoices, expense reports, and influencer/contest winner ticket requests.
  • Develop new distribution strategies and support long-term goals to address competition.
Requirements
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite, and graphic design preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to carry out projects/tasks with limited supervision.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills.
  • A passion for working in the music industry.
Education
  • College Degree, Certificate, or equivalent work experience.
