They work closely with clients to understand their strategies and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to help them meet their goals.

Role: Client Partner

A Client Partner is responsible for building close relationships with a portfolio of clients. This involves engaging with clients to understand their needs and objectives, and working with Slalom teams to deliver solutions that meet their requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Represent Slalom's technical services at assigned accounts
  • Help set strategic direction and deliver solutions
  • Lead and coach teams to drive sales and account management
  • Maintain a utilization target between 20-30%
  • Drive revenue responsibility between $20+MM
  • Identify opportunities for growth and maturation of Slalom offerings
  • Provide oversight and governance of sold/managed engagements
  • Drive business development with proper information and tools
  • Maintain awareness of industry best practices and business levers
  • Oversee technical project delivery quality assurance
  • Assign tasks when resources are between projects
  • Facilitate client satisfaction surveys
  • Manage project teams ranging from 2-10 consultants on-site
What You'll Bring
  • Minimum 15+ years of account/delivery management experience
  • Consulting experience within a professional services focused environment
  • Advanced technical project delivery including all aspects of program/project management
  • Previous P&L and/or revenue generating responsibilities
  • Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem solving and decision making skills
Compensation and Benefits

Slalom offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $189,000 to $270,000, plus a variable bonus. We also offer a range of benefits, including meaningful time off and paid holidays, parental leave, 401(k) with a match, and more.
