Aircraft Maintenance Training Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Training Coordinator to join our team at Lockheed Martin. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for establishing and directing a comprehensive training system that ensures the safe maintenance, repair, and operation of aircraft, systems, ground equipment, tools, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current operating challenges and future requirements to identify training needs, developing programs that address these needs.
- Coordinate with all divisions to assess and support their training requirements, as well as maintain company-wide training programs and qualification records.
- Stay current with technical developments and training methodologies, updating and maintaining instructional materials and manuals.
- Coordinate all internal technical training and manage external contract sales training programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.
- Experience working in SAP or similar system.
- Familiar with Atlas Learning System.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous supervisor experience.
- Previous Sikorsky operations experience.
