Lead Our Team as a Clinical Director

JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to oversee the operations and administration of our rehabilitative outpatient clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulations and healthcare requirements, while also providing exceptional patient care and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee clinic operations and administration, ensuring seamless delivery of physical and occupational therapy services
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to meet census goals and improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws
  • Manage facility maintenance and ensure a safe and healthy work environment
  • Review and approve timecards, ensuring adherence to all regulations
  • Interview and hire clinical and administrative staff, providing ongoing training and evaluation
  • Monitor staff compliance and performance, addressing any issues promptly
  • Follow up with patients on low net promoter scores and ensure high-quality care
  • Manage monthly budgets, including visits, labor, and clinical supplies
  • Monitor documentation audits, Medicare compliance, and patients approaching MMR cap
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree required, Doctorate degree preferred
  • Professional license/certification required
  • Valid CPR license
  • Minimum of three years' clinical outpatient experience and two years' clinical supervision or program development experience preferred
  • Knowledge of EMR system
  • Able to troubleshoot, keen sense for decision making and judgment; action-oriented; approachable
  • Team player and effective at building and fostering teamwork, as well as maintaining composure when dealing with conflict
  • Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal, and communication skills
