Supply Chain Project Coordinator

Supply Chain & Information Technology:

  • Proven experience in the establishment of a distribution center or large operational facility.
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes and their intricacies.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (such as Manhattan) or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Technical background in IT to comprehend the requirements of infrastructure during buildouts.

Project Planning and Implementation:

  • Create and oversee project work plans, scopes, and financial estimates.
  • Track and report on business goals, project milestones, and key performance indicators.
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive project plans derived from detailed sub-plans.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with business objectives and success metrics.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Encourage teamwork with subject matter experts to address challenges effectively.
  • Set a consistent communication rhythm with all stakeholders.
  • Establish a framework for communication strategies and lead risk management initiatives.

Financial Oversight and Compliance:

  • Design and monitor project budgets, covering capital, operational costs, and labor needs.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Follow EPMO guidelines, processes, and best practices.

Change Management:

Ability to implement project initiatives across the organization, ensuring comprehensive training, documentation, and procedural compliance.

EPMO Leadership:

  • Support EPMO meetings and provide guidance on methodologies and best practices.

Project Portfolio Management:

  • Facilitate transitions of projects between project managers as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:


• Experience in supply chain management is essential.


• Background in launching a distribution center or large facility with multiple components is required.


• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is highly desirable.


• Proven experience in change management for successful large-scale implementations.


• Strong leadership skills to drive projects to completion.


• Ability to hold team members accountable and ensure task completion.


• Confidence in leading projects and building trust with team members.


• 5-7 years of experience in project management.


• Understanding of project management principles.


• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.


• Skills in vendor management.


• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.


• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.


• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of driving solutions independently.


• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.

Additional Requirements: PMP & Lean Six Sigma certification, Bachelor's degree.

Prepare necessary documents and agendas for governance meetings, ensuring follow-up on actions and compliance.
