Job Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll for employees on a bi-weekly basis with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain the integrity of payroll data and ensure accurate records of employee payroll information.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries regarding payroll, addressing concerns with professionalism.
  • Prepare and distribute reports to management, highlighting key insights and trends.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience processing payroll with attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential and sensitive data, upholding high levels of organization and productivity.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience with ADP is preferred, but not required.
Compensation:$18.00 per hour
