About the Role

This Administrative Financial Specialist position at Ynstores Llc requires a reliable individual to manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, payments and reconciliations, maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports, support payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, handle scheduling, correspondence and general office management tasks, organize and maintain files, both digital and physical, assist with vendor and client communications, coordinate meetings and manage calendars, provide support for special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office and Buildium.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Professional communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is around $55,000-$60,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
