Director of HR Operations and Employee Experience

Search Solution Group is seeking an experienced professional to lead HR operations and enhance employee engagement across the organization. As the Director of HR Operations and Employee Experience, you will serve as the bridge between HR and IT, ensuring smooth platform transitions, driving change management initiatives, and managing HR systems to optimize efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead HR operations, ensuring alignment between business objectives and HR systems.
- Serve as a liaison between HR and IT, ensuring smooth communication and platform transformation.
- Oversee change management initiatives related to HR processes and systems, driving adoption and efficiency.
- Manage HRIS systems, with a focus on the RFP process and transitioning between platforms.
- Develop and implement programs related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
- Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate and implement HR strategies.
- Oversee the management and optimization of HR processes, ensuring compliance and best practices are followed.
- Partner with the IT team to ensure HR technologies are effectively supporting employee experience.
- Lead ADP system management and optimize its use across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR operations experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience with ADP and other HRIS platforms.
- Strong understanding of IT processes, with experience acting as a liaison between HR and IT teams.
- Expertise in change management and driving organizational transformation.
- Experience developing and managing CSR and DEI programs.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to present to executive leadership.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and manage a team, influence stakeholders, and drive HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Change Management: Expertise in guiding organizations through transitions and ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
- Technical Understanding: Ability to communicate effectively with IT teams and understand technical details of platform transformations.
- Passion for HR: Demonstrated commitment to HR excellence, employee engagement, and creating a positive organizational culture.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term HR strategies and align them with the organization's goals.
- This position is based in Fairfield, NJ, with potential occasional travel to other company locations.
