Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Parking Services Representatives. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive experience for residents, visitors, and tourists in the vibrant Fort Lauderdale Beach area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Available for both full-time and part-time roles, with part-time hours ranging from 16 to 24 hours weekly, particularly on weekends.
  • Work shifts are flexible, spanning from 7 AM to 7 PM, across all seven days of the week.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while offering guidance on parking regulations and ensuring compliance through digital citation enforcement.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Moderate physical activity including standing, walking, and driving a golf cart or similar vehicle.
  • Strong visual skills to operate vehicles and access information on mobile devices regarding parking transactions.
  • Capability to manage high-pressure situations and communicate effectively about parking regulations with a focus on customer service.
  • A clean driving record is essential, as background checks will be conducted.
