This role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with excellent customer service skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients, managing the high-volume lobby, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in a customer service setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to interact effectively at various professional levels and across diverse cultures.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Manage the high-volume lobby and maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Ensure project knowledge across the Front Desk team
  • Manage luggage check-in, storage, and tagging system
  • Receive and route delivery items
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Arrange ground transportation as needed
  • Support additional projects and duties as assigned

Compensation:

The estimated pay range for this role is $19.97 - $21.00 per hour USD. Exact compensation will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
