Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptional Front Desk Operations Manager to join our team at Gold's Gym. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless front desk operations, managing cash handling procedures, and providing world-class customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations to ensure policies and procedures are followed at all times
- Hires, trains, and supervises front desk team members
- Assist General Manager with member and operational issues
- Responsible for cash handling and deposit control with GM sign off

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Understanding of basic cash procedures
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to handle challenging customer issues with patience, tact, and professionalism
