The Luxury Sales Stylist is a key member of our sales team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement
- Welcome and engage with customers, providing personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience.
- Offer expert guidance on store layout, current merchandise assortment, and in-store services.
- Product Knowledge
- Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of our luxury brands, designers, and products.
- Stay up-to-date on product trends, features, and benefits.
- Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment.
- Problem-Solving
- Anticipate and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to customer needs.
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong product knowledge and visual merchandising skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Fluency in multiple languages an asset.
