About This Role

The Luxury Sales Stylist is a key member of our sales team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement
    • Welcome and engage with customers, providing personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience.
    • Offer expert guidance on store layout, current merchandise assortment, and in-store services.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of our luxury brands, designers, and products.
    • Stay up-to-date on product trends, features, and benefits.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment.
  • Problem-Solving
    • Anticipate and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Utilize problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to customer needs.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
    • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong product knowledge and visual merchandising skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
    • Fluency in multiple languages an asset.
