- Understand the company's brand framework and demonstrate enthusiasm for the concept, clients, and merchandise.
- Ensure adherence to the company's selling culture and elevate the client experience.
- Initiate solutions for client-related issues and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Supervise assigned responsibilities, ensure sales floor excellence, and prioritize the client experience.
- Provide feedback on inventory needs, client insights, and team performance to Store Manager and corporate partners.
- Communicate company initiatives, announcements, and policies to the store team effectively.
- Motivate staff, foster teamwork, and offer feedback for staff development.
- Provide real-time coaching, assist with payroll processes, and contribute to recruitment efforts.
- Assume control of daily operations in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring compliance with standards.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in fashion or luxury retail.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in the fashion or luxury retail sector.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft & Apple technology.
- Prior experience with XStore and Tulip is advantageous.
- Ability to be mobile during work hours and lift up to 20 pounds.
