Job OverviewAt AHU Technologies Inc, we are seeking a skilled Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for Windows-based systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to account management, password resets, and permission settings.
  • Support secure video conferencing calls and conduct basic user troubleshooting to ensure seamless communication.
  • Perform software patching and upgrades, system hardening, and produce Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation to maintain a secure environment.
  • Assist with supporting office equipment, such as printers and scanners, and document installed applications to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Experience with Windows, help desk, and account management.
  • Ability to support secure VTC calls and conduct basic user troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of software patching and upgrades, system hardening, and RMF documentation.
  • Ability to support office equipment and document installed applications.
