Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and oversee the preparation of our Italian-inspired menu. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Italian cuisine, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Research and develop seasonal menus and new menu items in partnership with our culinary team.
  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee and monitor effective and efficient BOH operations, including inventory management, food cost control, and staff training.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to hourly and management teams, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Recipe Development: Create and maintain existing recipe costing in partnership with our culinary team.
  • Staff Management: Partner with GM and management team to interview, hire, onboard, train, supervise, and develop all BOH employees and teams as needed.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Executive Chef experience in a full-service restaurant.
  • Ability to lead and develop teams.
  • Skilled in managing BOH systems.
