Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Front End Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and develop department associates to meet departmental needs
  • Ensure compliance with company sanitation, safety, and food safety standards
  • Supervise the effective operation of the office/service desk/kiosk/front end/bottle room
  • Secure office and front-end cash drawers at all times when leaving it unattended
  • Perform cashier and/or bagging functions, as needed
  • Assist in conducting performance appraisals and service observations
Requirements
  • A high school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Strong understanding of store operations and merchandising techniques preferred
  • Effective communication, customer service, and selling skills
  • Must have effective interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Desire and ability to lead and manage a team
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to use computers and other communication systems required
  • Perform repetitive hand and arm motions
  • Bend and lift products weighing up to 15 lbs. continuously
  • Stand 100% of the time with occasional walking short distances

  • Promote customer goodwill by role modeling and providing high standards in customer service
  • Treat all associates with fairness, dignity, and respect
