Requirements
  • 3-5 years of previous experience managing 600+ unit properties.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Social media savvy with creative marketing abilities.
  • Motivational leader with strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A bachelor's degree or the equivalent in work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-family property management, including supervisory skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to maintain strong working relations with internal colleagues, owners, and vendors.
  • Must have a real estate license or obtain within 120 days of employment if required by state law.
