Key Responsibilities

As a Survey Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and evaluating the work of survey personnel. Your leadership will be crucial in:

  • Ensuring quality assurance and quality control in all surveying activities.
  • Acting as a resource for complex surveying issues.
  • Managing the preparation and delivery of survey drawings, exhibits, and legal descriptions.
  • Collaborating with project managers and team members.
  • Generating proposals for various projects.
  • Handling monthly client invoicing.
  • Traveling locally as required.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying, or a Surveyor In Training (SIT) certificate or Professional Survey license in lieu of a degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional surveying experience.
  • Experience with Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil3D technology is advantageous.
  • A valid driver's license.
